Eric Doner
Eric is the founder and President of ATA and a recognized thought leader in human performance improvement. His business career spans over 25 years of success as a sales & marketing executive, training & development manager, university instructor and management consultant. He has worked with major corporations and small businesses to improve management and sales practices and increase individual and team performance. He is a dynamic facilitator with expertise in developing competency models, defining performance standards and designing blended learning solutions for technical, sales and management training.
In his business career, Eric served in both entrepreneurial and executive roles including Vice President of the American Management Association, Sales Training manager for Dun & Bradstreet, Director of Program Development at Management Recruiters International and Director of Training at Leaseway Transportation.
His professional leadership roles include: the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association, the American Society for Training & Development, Sales & Marketing Executives International, The International Society for Performance Improvement and Toastmasters International.
Eric proudly served in the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard as Retention & Reenlistment Advisor, NCO Academy Instructor and Air and Surface Transportation Supervisor. Eric graduated from Bowling Green State University and has completed postgraduate studies in organizational development, adult learning and instructional technology. A strong advocate of continuing education, He has taught courses at Cleveland State, Kent State and John Carroll Universities.
