Corporate Culture can be elusive.

Everyone talks about it, but it’s hard to define. It’s comprised of many factors; It’s one of those things that you know it when you see it – Or when you experience it.

It can be positive and productive – and your company may even be One of the “most admired”  or “One of the best places to work in Omaha” Or, it can be a culture where employees just show up…

Jim Rohn once said, “In some organizations, people work just hard enough to not get fired, and the company pays them just enough so they won’t leave.”    (Tragic, but true)

It can also be a culture of greed and misdeeds (think Enron. Madoff Securities, Penn State)
