Eric is the founder and President of AchieveCorp. He is a recognized thought leader in organizational development and human performance improvement. His business career spans over 30 years of success as a sales & marketing executive, training & development manager, university instructor and management consultant. He has worked with major corporations and small businesses to improve management and sales practices and increase individual and team performance.
Eric's corporate experience includes Senior Business Resources Consultant at BASF, Vice President of the American Management Association, Sales Training Manager for Dun & Bradstreet, Director of Program Development for the MR Network and Director of Training at Leaseway Transportation.
Eric is an active leader/member of Toastmasters, Silicon Valley Product Management Association, Silicon Valley American Marketing Association, Association for Talent Development, Sales & Marketing Executives and The International Society for Performance Improvement. He is a frequent speaker on Organizational Culture and Performance Management. Eric is co-author of Plan to Win: Strategic Territory and Account Planning and is a proud Air Force veteran.
Eric earned his BS in Economics from Bowling Green State University and has completed postgraduate studies in organizational development, adult learning and instructional technology. He is a guest lecturer at Silicon Valley University and taught courses at Cleveland State, Kent State and John Carroll Universities.
